PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire internal pressure control device, a pneumatic tire internal pressure control system, a vehicle, and a pneumatic tire internal pressure control method capable of improving turning performance of a vehicle by using a pneumatic tire comprising a plurality of air chambers along the tread width direction. SOLUTION: Pneumatic tires 20Fl. 20FR, 20RL and 20RR, respectively, has a main air chamber C1, an inside auxiliary air chamber C2<SB>in</SB>and an outside auxiliary air chamber C2<SB>out</SB>along the tread width direction. The pneumatic tire internal pressure control device provided in an automatic four-wheel vehicle detects the wheels being steered and steering direction of the wheels, and changes the internal pressure of the inside auxiliary air chamber C2<SB>in</SB>and the outside auxiliary air chamber C2<SB>out</SB>so as to be different from each other based on the steering direction.
