PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mold clamping device capable of automating a die changing operation, and to provide a press machine. SOLUTION: Flange-fitted dies 4, 6, 7 are supported on the surfaces of support plates 11, 15, 18 in a state where each flange 20 is abutted thereon; further, a plurality of clamp members 21 pressing a plurality of parts in each flange are supported by the support plates with each clamping means 34 of holding each flange to a pressed state or releasing the pressed state.
