PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic knob to be fixed on the front boards of the drawer and the like with which the drawer can be opened smoothly, almost free from cool feeling peculiar to metallic material when touched by a finger-tip, or gripped with fingers. SOLUTION: The metal grip is composed of a hand hold part 1 curving forward in plane bow-shape and a fitting seat part 2 arranged projectingly backward to both ends of the hand hold part 1. The rear face of hand hold part 1 is formed in a curved face curved in a projectingly circular arc shape toward a rear side, so that the finger tips conform along with the curved face. This curved face in a lengthwise direction of hand hold part 1 keeps protrusions 3 of a plurality of long threads with a semicircle shaped section arranged projectingly in a small distance in the top and bottom direction, so that finger-tips comes in contact with only the top surface of these protrusions 3.
