MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PULVERIZED PRODUCT OF SOLID DISPERSION FOR DRUG, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pulverized product of a solid dispersion for drug and an apparatus thereof which can be installed in a limited space such as a drug preparation room and which can manufacture a large quantity of the pulverized product of the solid dispersion instantly and automatically by suppressing decomposition of the drug. SOLUTION: The method enables to manufacture the pulverized product 12 of the solid dispersion by performing: a melt solid dispersion forming step of melt-blending raw material of the drug to form a high-viscosity molten solid dispersion 10; a solid dispersion cooling step of rapidly increasing the surface area of the high-viscosity molten solid dispersion 10 formed by the melt solid dispersion forming step to cool and solidify the solid dispersion 10 to be like a sheet, and a pulverizing step of pulverizing the cooled and solidified matter 11 cooled and solidified by the solid dispersion cooling step.
