EXERCISE EFFECT ESTIMATING SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise-effect estimating system for accurately estimating how much measured values such as the weight, muscular strength and the blood sugar level are improved when exercises determined are continued for a fixed period of time. SOLUTION: An initially measured value and a week-average-speed-walking time that are measured before the exercise is prescribed or in close proximity are input on an initial-condition inputting screen 20 of the exercise-effect estimating system 1. To which group the initially measured value input is belonged out of initial-attribution groups divided based on statistical data is determined by an initial-attribution-group determining means 15. When the initial-attribution group is determined, an effect estimating means substitutes the week-average-speed-walking time for an effect estimating formula previously prepared for each initial-attribution group to calculate an amount of change of the initially measured value after passage of about five months.
