PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming an immunoadsorption wall stationary phase. SOLUTION: This invention is related to the method of forming an immunoadsorption wall stationary phase. The method of this kind is a partially incomplete two-stage polymerization reaction method, and one supportive gel layer 10 and one stacking gel layer 11 are included in the stationary phase. The method of this kind is characterized mainly in that an immunoadsorbent 11b is fitted on the surface of the stationary phase by temperature change in the polymerization reaction system and the non-match of the concentration distribution of acrylamide monomer. The method of forming three kinds of different stationary phases introduced here includes a pre-coupling step, a post-coupling step and then a continuous copolymerization step. The result of avidity test displays that the toxin of middle molecular mass andβ2 microglobulin are both removed by the prepared stationary phase. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
