PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve irradiation efficiency of electromagnetic waves to a lesion, to improve treatment efficiency and to prevent the adverse effect of electromagnetic waves to peripheral electronic devices as well. SOLUTION: An intercepting means 51 is provided to the back surface side of a radiation means 50, the electromagnetic waves irradiated toward the back surface side of the radiation means 50 are intercepted by the shielding means 51, and the electromagnetic waves are reflected by the shielding means 51 to irradiate the lesion of a living body on the front surface side. Thus, the lesion of the living body is irradiated with a lot of electromagnetic waves, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the adverse effect of the electromagnetic waves on the peripheral electronic devices is prevented as well.
