The hanging presentation shelf has a tray (10A), formed with a rear band (11A) with two positioning holes (111A), which are out of center. The rear band forms the holes throughout by a rail (12A), which is fixed on front end of the rear band. An upper projection (124A) is formed on one of the two sides of the rail and a lower projection (125A) is formed on another two sides. A number of brackets (20A) are fitted on the rail. Each brace bracket has a holder (21A) with an upper arm (211A), which abuts on the upper projection and a lower arm (212A), which abuts on the lower projection.
