A delay circuit is provided to allow a delay time to be fixed regardless of variation an external voltage by using a voltage generation unit generating electric potential varied according to variation of an external voltage. A delay circuit includes a voltage generating unit(110) generating a constant voltage having a constant electric potential regardless of variation of an external voltage. The voltage generating unit generates a variation voltage which the electric potential is varied according to the variation of the external voltage. At least one arithmetic logic unit performs a specific logical operation when at least one outer signal is inputted. The arithmetic logic unit fixes a performance time of the specific logical operation regardless of the variation of the external voltage with corresponding to the constant voltage and the variation voltage. A load is connected to an output terminal or an input terminal of the arithmetic logic unit, and adjusts an operation time of a circuit comprising a specific arithmetic logic unit. |
