A plane structure of an LED lighting apparatus is provided to arrange variously LEDs and to enhance a decorative effect by forming a conductive material and an insulating pattern on a flexible tape. A plane structure of an LED lighting apparatus includes a transparent flexible tape(100). A first transparent pattern and a second transparent pattern are arranged on the transparent flexible tape. The first transparent pattern is electrically connected to the second transparent pattern. The plane structure of the LED lighting apparatus further includes a plurality of LEDs(130) which are electrically connected to the first transparent pattern. The first transparent pattern is formed of a conductive material. The second transparent pattern is formed of an insulating material.
