A plasma display panel filter is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by removing an expensive synthetic resin adhesive layer and implementing a direct coating structure. A plasma display panel filter includes a base layer(100), an EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference) layer(200), a functional layer(300), and an anti-reflective film(400). The EMI layer is laminated on an upper surface of the base layer. The functional layer is formed on an upper surface of the EMI layer. The anti-reflective film includes a hard coating layer(410) laminated on an upper surface of the functional layer, a high refractive layer(420) laminated on an upper surface of the hard coating layer, and a low refractive layer(430) laminated on an upper surface of the high refractive layer.
