<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hindrance operations as much as possible, and improve usability when a term of the validity of an electronic key is extended. <P>SOLUTION: When a vehicle passes through an extension point of a term of the validity of an electronic key, the term of the validity of the electronic key is extended.
