<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device and a developing device that can prevent magnetic particles from leaking as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In an insertion hole formation part 138, an insertion hole 137 is bored, and an insert part 139 is inserted into the insertion hole 137. The insert part 139 is rotated relatively to the insertion hole formation part 138 on a first axis L1 of rotation extending in parallel to the extending direction of the insertion hole 139 while forming a straight line common to the axis of the insert part. A magnetic pole formation part 141 is interposed between the insertion hole formation part 138 and insert part 139. The magnetic pole formation part 141 is formed in a right circular cylinder shape, and the insert part 139 is inserted into its inner hole 142. The magnetic pole formation part 141 is provided coaxially with the first axis L1 of rotation, and fixed to the insertion hole formation part 138 without leaving any gap. On an inner peripheral surface 143 of the magnetic pole formation part 141, a magnetic pole is formed which extends slanting to one side of the extending direction of the insertion hole 138 more downstream from the insertion hole formation part 138 in the rotating direction R1 of the insert part 139. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
