PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To outsert-shape a protrusive body by exactly preventing inclination of a support protrusive part even when dimensional variations exist in the support protrusive part, and to outsert-shape the protrusive body showing high attachment strength to the support protrusive part of a belt. SOLUTION: The belt 2 with the support protrusive part 1 integrally protrusively mounted on the back surface is set in a shaping mold 3, and a resin is injected into the shaping mold 3. The protrusive body is outsert-shaped in the state that both surfaces of the support protrusive part 1 in the lengthwise direction of the belt are clamped by a forked joint 5 of a base part. By this the protrusive body stands on the back surface of the belt 2 to be integrally mounted. In this case the protrusive body 4 is outsert-shaped on the support protrusive part 1 by injecting the resin into the shaping mold 3 while a fall-preventing means prevents the inclination of the support protrusive part 1 due to resin pressure during injection. A joint shaped to clamp both surfaces of the support protrusive part 1 in the lengthwise direction is integrally connected to the resin filled in a through-hole 6 mounted on the support protrusive part 1.
