PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foaming mold which suppresses the occurrence of a burr and facilitates deburring work. SOLUTION: The mold 1 is composed of a lower mold 2 and an upper mold 3. Each of the counter surfaces of the molds 2 and 3 constituting the mating face 10 between the lower mold 2 and the upper mold 3 has a first counter surface 11 on the side of a cavity 4, a second counter surface 12 connected to the first counter surface 11, and a third counter surface 13 connected to the second counter surface 12. The first and third counter surfaces 11 and 13 are approximately horizontal, and the second counter surface 12 descends outward. While the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 2 are clamped together, the first counter surfaces 11 of the lower mold 2 and the upper mold 3 are brought into contact. The width W<SB>1</SB>of the first counter surface is 0.5-5 mm, and the gap thickness G<SB>2</SB>between the second counter surfaces 12 is 0.5-2 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
