PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management terminal capable of facilitating connection from an external terminal to an internal terminal while securing security, to provide a port open/close control method, and to provide a port open/close control program. SOLUTION: The management terminal 11 configuring the same network domain as that of a network equipment 10 includes: an authentication function execution part for authenticating the external terminal 21 when a terminal information acquisition request is output from the external terminal 21 which is present outside the network domain; and a server function execution part which transmits a list of terminal names to the external terminal 21 when authentication is normally ended, and when receiving a port open request specifying a terminal name and a port number from the external terminal 21, opens a port of the network equipment 10 on the basis of the port number.
