PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield flexible printed circuit board excelling in electromagnetic shield property, and moreover with a higher wiring density. SOLUTION: The shield film has a shielding layer having a conductive adhesive layer at least on one face of a cover film. The conductive adhesive layer adhesively covers the base film. On the external face of the shield film, a grounding member is formed exposing a portion thereof to be connected to an adjoining ground portion, and a conductive filler is formed so as to burst through the cover film.
