PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliable water cut off valve which is excellent in maintenance, and can lead much water in spite of the compact device, furthermore, generates no leakage or no water cut off failure. SOLUTION: At the upstream side from an inflow port of a stop valve body, an upstream female screw is formed coaxially to the opening female screw. At the upstream side from the inflow port of a component piece, a guide member formed at the outer periphery capable of rotating together with the piece around the axis and engaging with the upstream side screw is fixed. When the guide member moves to the axial direction for the guide member to separate from the inflow port with the rotating of the piece, the valve body moves this piece in the axial direction so as to close the inflow port. When the guide member moves in the axial direction so as to approach the inflow port, the stop valve body prevents the piece from moving in the axial direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
