PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a conventional vibration absorbing sheet for preventing the fall-down of furniture, in which the furniture is likely to move in an unexpected direction to hinder escape, and it is very dangerous to escape in the darkness from a room where a great number of furniture and household goods are scattered in a major earthquake. SOLUTION: This vibration absorbing sheet has luminescent property. Namely, it uses an elastic material containing light accumulated fluorescent substance and has a first face for contacting a floor surface and a second face for contacting the bottom face of the furniture arranged in the room.
