PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably present information without giving an unpleasant feeling or a sense of incongruity to a driver. SOLUTION: A plurality of vibrators are selected from a plurality of vibrators according to a dangerous situation of a driver's own vehicle detected by a detection means. A presentation means presents warning information indicating the detected dangerous situation, by making the selected plurality of vibrators vibrate in a prescribed order for the detected dangerous situation so that at least one of the frequency of vibration, presentation time of vibration, vibration amplitude, and the presentation time interval of the plurality of vibrators is made to match a human tactile sensation characteristic to a stimulus caused by the vibration and a driver perceives apparent movement phenomenon.
