<p>The clamping and holding device has an adjusting unit (10), which is provided with a male bifurcated articulation part, a female bifurcated articulation part and a slide rod. A pin with an elastic clamping notch is arranged on a side of the female bifurcated articulation part in a projecting manner. A clamping device (20) is provided, which has a positioning rod, a spring and a male and a female clamping part. A magnifying glass seat (30), which has a stud bolt and two magnifying glass supports.
