摘要 <p>An electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus are provided to reduce parasitic capacitance between a data line and a first capacitive element by arranging a second capacitive element between the data line and the first capacitive element. An electro-optical device includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines(103), a plurality of unit circuits, and a power line. The plurality of unit circuits includes a first unit circuit. The first unit circuit has a driving transistor to set driving current according to voltage of a gate, an electro-optical element driven by the driving current, a first capacitive element(C1) having a first electrode and a second electrode, a first switching element to control electrical connection between a first data line and the second electrode according to a control signal supplied through a first scan line, and a second capacitive element(C2) having a third electrode and a fourth electrode. The driving transistor has a first terminal connected to the power line and a second terminal. The first electrode is connected to the gate. The third electrode is connected to the gate or the second electrode. In the first unit circuit, at least a part of the second capacitive element is arranged between the first data line and the first capacitive element.</p>
