METHOD OF DYNAMIC SCHEDULING TO KERNEL THREAD FOR IMPROVING RESPONSE TIME OF REAL TIME TASK

A method for performing dynamic scheduling of a kernel thread to enhance response time of a real time task is provided to optimize real time response performance of an information electronic appliance or a factory automation device which adopts the Linux as an operating system. A method for performing dynamic scheduling of a kernel thread comprises the following several steps. Features of tasks related to a kernel thread are collected. Values of feature elements of a system are inspected and it is checked whether the values approach specific thresholds. Based on the checked result, priorities of the kernel thread are changed. As the priorities of the kernel thread are dynamically changed, a response time of a real time task related to the kernel thread is prevented from being increased.
