PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a shutter front curtain and a shutter back curtain moving without interfering each other are arranged with a predetermined interval to an optical axial direction, any exposure non-uniformity is generated due to an inter-curtain distance. SOLUTION: When a correction mode is selected according to the operation of a setting switch 5 after photographing, a control circuit 200 performs the correction of exposure non-uniformity to a photographic image. Whether or not correction is necessary since the influence of the exposure non-uniformity is sharp is decided based on photographic conditions when the image is photographed, that is, a focal distance and an ISO sensitivity. When it is decided that correction is necessary, image processing is operated to a photographic image by optimal correction processing among correction processing A, B and C according to the decision result, and then an image after correction as well as an image before correction is recorded in a recording medium 205 together with data whose exposure non-uniformity has been corrected.
