PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can remarkably reduce noises by attaching a sound absorbing sheet on the end surface on the output shaft side of a motor case instead of the surrounding thereof. SOLUTION: The other surface of a sheet metal 20 having the sound absorbing sheet 40 bonded to one surface is fixed with screws 30 to the end surface 12 on the output shaft 13 side of the motor case 11 of the motor 10. Further, a burring is welded to the end surface 12, allowing the sheet metal 20 to be fixed with the screws. Further, the sheet metal 20 and the sound absorbing sheet 40 are made into a doughnut shape and are brought closer to the output shaft to an extent that their inner edge parts do not contact with the output shaft.
