PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an OFDMA communication system that restrains a decrease in communication resources and can reduce the processing load of a base station. SOLUTION: The communication system has: a downlink frame generation section 14 for generating a downlink frame that is a downlink period for performing communication to at least one terminal 20 in a plurality of terminals from the base station 10; and an uplink frame generation section 24 for generating an uplink frame that is an uplink period for performing communication to the base station 10 from at least one terminal 20 in the plurality of terminals. A subchannel of the same slot and the same frequency band in subchannels in the downlink and uplink frames is assigned to the same terminal in the plurality of terminals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
