PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when setting a physical channel of a video display device to a logical channel, it is necessary to perform resetting while changing a picture for each channel, so that much labor is required. SOLUTION: A plurality of logical channels are displayed on the same picture, and on the picture displaying the logical channels, a physical channel is set to each of the logical channel on the same picture or one hierarchy at the maximum. Furthermore, such channel setting can be saved or loaded to a storage medium by a media card input/output means. Moreover, a network is used to also transfer such setting.
