PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal relay unit with supersaturated reactor which can respond simply to specification change at the time of adding a thermal relay with supersaturated reactor to an electromagnetic switch and is improved in assembly structure so that coil lead wires of the reactor may be wired safely. SOLUTION: The thermal relay unit with supersaturated reactor 3 is externally attached with a supersaturated reactor 3 to be connected in parallel to its built-in heat element on a thermal relay 2 used in combination with an electromagnetic switch 1. Supersaturated reactors of each phase are supported in a lot on a dedicated installation base plate 6 separated from the electromagnetic switch and combined to the side part of the thermal relay, and two of coil lead wires 3c, 3d of the supersaturated reactors are drawn out upward from the opposite side of the installation base plate 6, and then, the coil lead wires are connected to a load side terminal and a power supply side terminal of the thermal relay. Here, an installation seat 6a is provided at the end part of the installation base plate 6, and this installation base plate is superposed on the seating portion 1b of the electromagnetic switch and jointly fixed to the board.
