摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce display unevenness of e.g. a liquid crystal projector. SOLUTION: A driving voltage Vb is applied to a liquid crystal layer 50 according to turning on/off of a TFT 30 in each pixel during operation of a liquid crystal device 1 and blue light is modulated in the liquid crystal layer 50. The liquid crystal device 1 has a peak of illumination or a peak of transmittance in a center region Rc of a visual field angle characteristic figure about blue light. In an liquid crystal panel 1,110B, luminance unevenness of an image display region 10a is suitably reduced without providing an optical system for optical compensation such as a phase difference plate about blue light to be modulated and manufacturing and component costs of the liquid crystal panel 1,110B can be reduced.
