PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DAC-incorporated data line driving circuit of high definition and low power consumption. SOLUTION: A reference potential is written in a memory circuit in the timing of selecting a first output terminal of a sequential selecting circuit, and a signal is written in the memory circuit in the timing of selecting a second output terminal.
