PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circuit and a drink supply device having this circuit, capable of securing hot water of the predetermined temperature suitable for preparing a drink, while reducing electric power consumption. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circulating passage L is provided with a first refrigerant passage L1 having an intermediate heat exchanger 58 supplying a high temperature-high pressure refrigerant compressed by a first compressor 51a to a second compressor 51b by radiating heat of the refrigerant, and a second refrigerant passage L2 directly supplying the high temperature-high pressure refrigerant compressed by the first compressor 51a to the second compressor 51b, and is provided with a solenoid valve 62 flowing and stopping the refrigerant of the first refrigerant passage L1, and a solenoid valve 63 flowing and stopping the refrigerant of the second refrigerant passage L2. When making hot water by a hot water hat exchanger 52, while putting the solenoid valve 62 in a closed state, the solenoid valve 63 is put in an opening state, and the refrigerant compressed by the first compressor 51a is directly supplied to the second compressor 51b, and the compressed high temperature-high pressure refrigerant is supplied to the hot water heat exchanger 52.
