摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiller device without requiring a heater of large size and capable of controlling the temperature of a coolant with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In this chiller device, a refrigerating circuit 1 is constituted so that a refrigerant from a heat exchanger 3 is introduced to a compressor 11 to be compressed, and then returned to the heat exchanger 3 through a condenser 12 and an electronic expansion valve 13, and a refrigerant liquid circuit 2 comprises a heater 23 for heating the coolant, a pump 22 for circulating the coolant, and a temperature sensor 24 for detecting a temperature of the coolant. In this chiller device, the refrigerating circuit 1 is controlled in such manner that the higher detected temperature by a temperature sensor 24 to a set temperature is, the more the cooling amount of the coolant is increased, and the power supply to the heater 23 is increased in accordance with the lowering of the detected temperature to the set temperature.
