PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe power generator not needing fuel, and thereby, not causing pollution without destructing the environment. SOLUTION: Weights are attached to both ends of a balance rod, or an outer circumference of a rotary disc, and by moving the weights from a rotation center point as set, balance of a point of application of the weights is lost, and movement is induced in the objects. Power energy is provided from the movement. In common sense, energy to lose the balance is larger than generated energy, and this type of device can not be realized. But in the power generator, fuel to be consumed and lost is not used in the energy to lose the balance. The device eliminating the need for fuel is composed by sealing a special liquid, and moving the weights by adapting expansion force and contraction force caused by temperature change.
