PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane vibration resonator silencing the sound of a predetermined frequency and exerting a stable silencing effect even when temperature fluctuates. SOLUTION: The membrane vibration resonator uses a diaphragm 3 formed of dielectric elastomer whose elastic coefficient changes with application of a voltage. The elastic coefficient of the diaphragm can be changed by the application of the voltage and a change of the elastic coefficient by fluctuation of atmospheric temperature is canceled by a change of the elastic coefficient by the application of the voltage.
