PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over film for wall covering, which is excellent in secondary processability such as a heat processing, has heat resistance sufficiently bearing to a drying process in the case of applying print or the like, prevents removal of emboss in the case of applying surface design such as embossing by heating, and is capable of expressing a design having a thin, deep and clear outline. SOLUTION: This over film for wall-covering used as a surface material of a wall-covering construction material such as wall paper consists of a resin composition containing two kinds or more of plastic materials having different linear expansion coefficients, being immiscible, equipped with a surface layer having a gloss rate of <30% and also having a MPa storage modulus of≥5.0x10<SP>8</SP>at the total of the film at 100°C.
