An agricultural dissolved-oxygen water producing apparatus that is capable of producing a supersaturated dissolved-oxygen water at low cost. The agricultural dissolved-oxygen water producing apparatus (1) comprises first dissolved-oxygen quantity increasing means (2) for obtaining a first water increased in dissolved-oxygen quantity as compared with that of raw water by feeding compressed air into raw water in vessel (8) with its interior not in contact with atmosphere; second dissolved-oxygen quantity increasing means (3) for obtaining a second water of supersaturated dissolved-oxygen water increased in dissolved-oxygen quantity as compared with that of the first water by circulating the first water in porous member (14) downstream of the first dissolved-oxygen quantity increasing means (2); and mixing means (4) for mixing the second water with a third water with less dissolved-oxygen quantity than in the second water to thereby so as to attain a quantity increase, thereby obtaining a fourth water of supersaturated dissolved-oxygen water greater in water quantity than in the second water and less in dissolved-oxygen quantity than in the second water.
