The bumper has a bumper body (2) extending in a vehicle-width direction and air intake openings (3, 4) formed on the body. A garnish (7) extending in the direction is attached to the opening and has counter engaged sections (21a-21c). Bezels (9, 31) for a light are attached to the body and have engaging sections, where the garnish and the bezels are arranged in the vehicle-width direction. The counter-engaged sections are in engagement with the engaging sections. The garnish and the bezels are attached to the body from front and rear sides of the vehicle.
