<p>An access terminal and a method for the terminal binding to the operator are provided, and the method mainly includes: the terminal obtains the identifier from the user information; the access terminal compares the obtained identifier with the operator identifier stored in the access terminal, if two is different, then stopping the dial flow to the BAS. It is able to effectively prevent the user from accessing other operator's networks by the access terminal provided by this operator, and prevent the operators from spiteful competition, and simple implement without changing the user custom and the framework mode, and the demand of the service distribution.</p> |
