A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CALLING BACK OF EMERGENCY BUSINESS

A method and system for calling back of emergency business is utilized to resolve the problem of no specific regulations being appointed to callback of emergency business in prior art. The method includes steps as follows: A. public safety answering point receives emergency business request that is initiated by user equipment through IP multimedia subsystem; B. said public safety answering point initiates callback request of emergency business to said IP multimedia subsystem based on said user equipment's callback user identity, and said IP multimedia subsystem returns the callback of emergency business initiated by user equipment to said user equipment; wherein, said callback request of emergency business carries said user equipment's callback user identity, and said IP multimedia subsystem sends callback of said emergency business to said user equipment based on said callback user identity. A callback system for emergency business has also been provided. Through the project, public safety answering point sends callback of emergency business to user equipment through IP multimedia subsystem, so that user equipment can accurately and timely obtain emergency help.
