An air frame of an adhesive airplane tire is provided to safely operate an airplane by generating centrifugal force by rotating wheels before landing and to prevent environmental pollution by reducing dusts generated in case of friction with a ground surface. An air frame of adhesive an airplane tire includes a ring-type air frame(1) and a plurality of wind blades(2). The wind blades are fixed to the ring-type air frame at regular intervals by bolting and welding methods. A resistance groove is formed inside a front end blade unit(3) of the wind blade to maximize resistance of air. The air frame is selectively installed inside or outside an airplane wheel. A disk frame with a plurality of air pocket grooves is installed inside or outside the airplane wheel.
