A device and a method for counting bullets are provided to reduce time/manpower needed for counting the bullets by discharging the bullets one by one from a machine using centrifugal force, installing a counter on a bullet discharge path, and counting the bullets passing the bullet discharge path automatically with the counter. A bullet input part has a hopper shape for inputting bullets(200) easily. A rotating plate(10) is placed under the bullet input part, and moves and aligns the inputted bullets in each groove(11) by providing centrifugal force with a motor. A side wall(40) prevents the bullets from going out by surrounding an outer circumference of the rotating plate in a cylindrical shape. A bullet discharge path(50) discharges the rotated bullets to the outside one by one by connecting to one side of the side wall. A blocking plate(60) prevents the bullet from going out at an upper area of the bullet discharge path. A counter(400) counts the bullet moving through the bullet discharge path by using a light emitting/receiving device. |
