In a portable sharpening tool having a plastic support plate for fixing a metal grinding plate coated with industrial diamond grains and a groove for storing a support leg, a thumb protection plate on the plastic support plate and an insert groove for inserting the support leg are provided to prevent a finger from being cut when a user holds the support plate to sharpen dull blades of knives or scissors, and hinge-jointed grinding plate in a pocket of the support leg is provided to grind uneven surface of kitchen utensils and kitchen gadgets and sharp edges of glass. A portable sharpening tool having a plastic support plate(1) where a metal grinding plate(3) coated with industrial diamond grains on the grinding plate is fixed and a groove(102) where a support leg(2) is stored has an insertion groove(101) in the support plate for inserting/pulling out the support leg to/from the insertion groove and a pocket(201) in the support leg where a grinding plate(4) is installed by a pin(6) to rotate the grinding plate freely. A thumb protection plate(1a) is provided at the place where a thumb is to be located to prevent the thumb from being cut when a user holds the support plate to sharpen dull blades. A grinding plate(5) on the support leg is attached and fixed to the surface of the support leg by adhesive. |
