PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic analyzer whose structure and constitution are compact, which is handled easily and by which an analytical operation is performed easily and to provide an analytical method which is used easily. SOLUTION: An electrophoretic analyzer is provided with a pedestal 90 which is constituted of a longitudinal plate part 91 and a plane plate part 92. A sheath flow cell base 96 which is equipped with a sheath flow cell 60, capillaries 40 which are combined with the sheath flow cell 60, a hot plate 94 which controls the temperature of the capilalries 40 and a laser irradiation hole member 93 by which the sheath flow cell 60 is irradiated with laser light constitute a group which is placed on the longitudinal plate part 91 at the pedestal 90. A buffer-solution tank 32 and a sample tray 100 in which a sample is housed are placed on a table. The table is installed on the plane plate part 92 at the pedestal 90, The group and the table are arranged in a sample chamber which is formed in an analyzer body together with the pedestal 90. |
