A personal cabinet system for safely keeping a notebook computer is provided to register reception/withdrawal of the notebook computer through a log minutely and monitor a keeping state of the notebook computer in real-time, thereby managing all details regarding storage of a notebook computer. A central controller(10) comprises a monitor(12), an alarm display window(14), a keyboard/mouse(15), an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)/fingerprint reader(16), a security device of an encoded electronic device, a monitoring server main unit(17), and a main controller(18). A personal cabinet device(20) comprises a security controller(22), 8 personal cabinets(24), and an operation/security state display window(26). The central controller manages 8 personal cabinets of the personal cabinet device securely by connecting a connection terminal(21) of the personal cabinet device and the connector terminal(11). The main controller includes a monitoring server side transmitting/receiving module and a security controller side transmitting/receiving module. The transmitting/receiving modules are controlled by a CPU and a memory is connected to the CPU. |
