<p>The arrangement has a heat shield (1) for protecting an object (2) e.g. catalyzer, against heat and/or sound and comprising an inner surface (3) facing the object and an outer surface (4) opposite to the object. A recess (5) runs through the heat shield with the inner and outer surfaces, and the heat shield has a closure (6) e.g. disc, for partially closing the recess. An actuating device (7) e.g. servo motor, is formed to open and close the closure based on a control variable e.g. ambient temperature of the object, relevant for function of the object.</p> |
