Independent claims are: (1) a DNA sequence coding for the signal peptide; (2) an isolated microbe comprising the DNA sequence; (3) an expression construct; (4) an isolated microbe comprising the expression construct; (5) a plasmid comprising the DNA sequence; (6) a plasmid comprising the expression construct; (7) an isolated microorganism cell comprising the plasmid; and (8) a method for the fermentative production of a recombinant protein.
