METHOD OF TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING DATA IN MULTI-INPUT MULTI-OUTPUT WIRELESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK ENVIRONMENT

A method for transmitting and receiving data in a multi-input multi-output WLAN environment is provided to sense collision among a plurality of stations using a preamble having an orthogonal code or a pseudo-noise code. A method for receiving data in a multi-input multi-output WLAN environment includes the following steps of: receiving a preamble from at least one station through a plurality of receiving antennas(S310); measuring a channel factor between the at least one station and an access point based on the preamble(S320); sensing collision among the plurality of the stations corresponding to a plurality of the preambles, respectively, when the plurality of the preambles are received in a single time slot(S330); constituting a channel vector from the measured channel factor and decoding the data by using the channel vector, when the collision is sensed(S340).
