The hand tool has a splinter sheet which is detachably attached carrier seizable with hand. A clamping mechanism is provided for fixing and twisting of the splinter sheet to the carrier. A carriage (21), a tightening screw (23) and a seal arranged between the carriage and the tightening screw limit a hermetically sealed cavity, in which the thread of the tightening screw completely lies in the clamped state of the clamping mechanism. The carriage and the tightening screw are manufactured from plastic.
