PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method and arrangement, emitting no offensive odor during the production process along with small production man-hour as well. SOLUTION: This method for producing a fertilizer or feed from a feedstock A comprises the following two steps: step 1 wherein the feedstock A is charged into a boil drying tank 2 and agitated by an agitating means 3 inside the tank 2 to destruct the cellular tissue of the feedstock A, and the resultant feedstock A is then pressed on the heat transfer surface 6 of the inner wall surface of the tank 2 to effect boil drying of the feedstock A and thereby evaporation of the moisture therein, and step 2 wherein the resultant feedstock A thus freed from moisture is externally inoculated with microorganisms and thereby aged. |
