<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for fetching only a required image without using a CCD camera by external synchronization and an interface for synchronous control. <P>SOLUTION: The image fetching interface 61 of the image processor B fetches the images which are continuously outputted from the CCD camera 51. An effective image determining means in the image processor B determines whether or not the image is the effective one to be displayed or recorded based on the continuously fetched images.
